I'm going to set a goal of 220 for this month. That may be stretching it, but I've got a good start, if it sticks.

2/09/12 - UD
2/10/12 230.2 - DD
2/11/12 226.8 - UD
2/12/12 226.0 - DD
2/13/12 223.8 - UD
2/14/12 223.0 - DD Lost another .8#'s from an UD. I am SO LOVING JUDDD!

These weights are in the AM, when I first get up. I guess they reflect the day before intake of food.

2/2 130! UD (the scale moved! It's not a new low, but I'll take it) (1397, 51g carbs)
2/3 130 DD (TOM starts today, so I'm glad I held steady)(TOM didn't show, weird)(571, 21 carbs)

Did you see those string of 130's before that? 9 days in a row! Now, I have an old dial scale, so I can see my weight to the tenths place, and my eye sight is a little iffy, so the needle has to REALLY move for me to count it, so there may be variance there that I can't see.

But I guess I'm just not a Tigger--I don't bounce. LOL

I suppose that's because I don't have the grain/sugar carbs to affect the water retention.

2/14 - 138.6(my DD turned it to an UD which is RARE for me. I am struggling a bit).
2/15 - 139(been eating some deli meats and think I am retaining a bit).
