2/18/12 224.6 - DD Up from yesterday, but oddly enough, it's not a big problem to me. I would have been surprised if it hadn"t gone up after yesterdays salty meals.

2/20/12 222.2 - DD Really surprised I did not see a gain from Sunday's UD...I did not eat much volume of food, but it was high calorie! Hope it doesn't show up tomorrow....

2/25/12 220.0 -UD - My February goal showed up this morning, but I'm going to give it atleast one more weigh in before I claim it! But, this equals 10#'s in 16 days. I'm thankful to all the Juddd-Budds, and for Juddd itself.
2/26/12 222.6 - DD WHOA! I hate to post on a page where everyone else is below where they want to be, but "it is what it is". Had cheese dip and wasa crackers last night, went overboard! Hope it's just water retention.


These weights are in the AM, when I first get up. I guess they reflect the day before intake of food.

Hey guys,
I am so glad people post long lists of their weights. It is very interesting to see how other people have fluctuations and stuff and makes me feel a little more sane.

I haven't made much progress, but I have also had tons of excuses. I entertained multiple times in the last two weeks, and then had a family crisis this week. I have almost come close to giving up multiple times, and have also had a bunch of free days. (Even though I am nowhere close to needing them in my plan, I haven't lost much weight at all).

Well I am still here, better slow than nothing, right? And, this morning after an UD, I got on the scale and finally saw a number I haven't seen in oh so long!

Feb. 8th: 145.2 (up day)
9th: 144.0 (down day)
10th: 144.4 (up day)
11th: 144.0 (up day)
13th: 145.8 (down day)
14th: 143.2 (up day)
15th: 145.0 (down day)
16th: 143.8 (up day)
Then i didn't record my weight a few days, I think cuz i was not happy with what I got! LOL
24th: 144.6 (down day)
26th: 142.6!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (After an up day!)

Original Goal for February = 194.4 (that would be -1 pound per week which seems doable, although I'm usually a slow loser) adjusted goal after a tough month = 196 which is just below my stats!

2/2 = 198.8 (My brother passed away today. Traveling to funeral)
2/2 - 2/13 No recorded weigh ins
2/14 = 198.8 (Away over a week; off plan; gained 5 pounds; back down 3)
2/15 = 197.2
2/16 = 197.8
2/17 = 199.8 (after yesterday's UUAD darn!)
2/18 = 200.8 (after salty dinner out on a DD; under 700 calories. Water Wt?)
2/19 = 199.6 (after UD! Must be that salty meat from Fri. washing away. )
2/20 = 199 (after really good 496 calorie DD. Expected more)
2/21 = 198.2 (after UD! Strange, but I'll take it!)

2/23 = xxxxxx(not recording my wt today! Fell into a late night bowl of salty potato chips at the end of a nice UD. Water retention is not fat. That's all I'm sayin')
2/24 = 197.8 (after DD. Looks like it will take me 2 DDs to get the potato chip weight all off. Good news is I took measurements and lost another 1.5 inches overall in places I wanted to lose! Wooo-Hoooo!

sorry I didn't do it daily but I meant my Feb goal and some. Today I came in at 176.5 which meets my goal for weightloss. I goal when I lost last time was 174but I still Have a few pair of pants that don't quite fit so when I get into them I will call it goal.

2/26/12 222.6 - DD WHOA! I hate to post on a page where everyone else is below where they want to be, but "it is what it is". Had cheese dip and wasa crackers last night, went overboard! Hope it's just water retention.
2/27/12 220.2 - UD Almost got back to Feb. goal weight after a fabulous DD yesterday!


These weights are in the AM, when I first get up. I guess they reflect the day before intake of food.
