02/05 - 245.6 - UD - (5 calories yesterday! and burned 546, so negative 541!)

02/08 - 243.6 - DD (Went over yesterday, might show up tomorrow)

My goal for February is to be under 240, I had been losing slowing on just LC, hoping for 235 but we will see!

Goal for February = 194.4 (that would be -1 pound per week which seems doable, although I'm usually a slow loser)

2/1 = 198.4
2/2 = 198.8 (My brother passed away today. Traveling to funeral)
2/2 - 2/13 No recorded weigh ins
2/14 = 198.8 (Away over a week; off plan; gained 5 pounds; back down 3)
2/15 = 197.2
2/16 = 197.8
2/17 = 199.8 (after yesterday's UUAD darn!)
2/18 = 200.8 (after salty dinner out on a DD; under 700 calories. Water Wt?)

2/19/12 224.6 - DD Up from yesterday, but oddly enough, it's not a big problem to me. I would have been surprised if it hadn"t gone up after yesterdays salty meals.

These weights are in the AM, when I first get up. I guess they reflect the day before intake of food.

I've got an old dial one too. I kind of like it. I don't have to see the bounces as much, and it has to REALLY change for me to count it as a loss. On the other hand, it has to REALLY go up for me to count it as a gain as well.

Please reconsider lowering your calories, Dawn....I know that you have been exercising a lot lately...And from the looks of it (steady numbers), you may get a little whoosh here soon.
I didn't eat nearly as much as I should have yesterday, and my run this morning was a little difficult. I should have eaten some fruit or something before bed.
I hate to see you lose energy, too. Who would take Keira roller skating?

My goal is to maintain 136-139 this month. So far, so good.

2/18 - 137.6 (TODAY is our 29th wedding anniversary and there will be lots of celebrating over the weekend. I will be lucky to stay under 140!).
2/19 - 139.8. We DID alot of celebrating, but, today is a new day. It will be a DD and my body is glad for it, lol.

Thanks Lisa, I haven't decided yet. I was averaging around 3 lbs/week and the last two weeks I've only lost 3.6 total, which is still good. I just really enjoy 2+ lbs/week. I may give it another few days or a week and see what happens. I'm still losing way better than I was on LC, so that's a definite plus!

I'm going to set a goal of 220 for this month. That may be stretching it, but I've got a good start, if it sticks.

2/18/12 224.6 - DD Up from yesterday, but oddly enough, it's not a big problem to me. I would have been surprised if it hadn"t gone up after yesterdays salty meals.
2/19/12 222.2 - UD Had a great DD, and am enjoying my UD today!

These weights are in the AM, when I first get up. I guess they reflect the day before intake of food.

02/04 - 246.2 - DD - Chicken Makhani last night, worth the bounce.
02/05 - 245.6 - UD - (5 calories yesterday! and burned 546, so negative 541!)
02/06 - 244.4 - DD
02/07 - 244.4 - UD
02/08 - 243.6 - DD (Went over yesterday, might show up tomorrow)
02/09 - 244.4 - UD (and there it is!)

02/11 - 243.2 - UD (first good night sleep in 3 days, and I showed a loss)
