DD for me

Ill have my protein shake this afternoon, 3T fat free half and half this morning
maybe some cucumber slices and baby carrots if needed
dinner is gonna be a big egg white omelet with spinach, mushrooms, ham and laughing cow cheese

If i stick with this i will be at 310 for the day.
If i get hungry i have standbys at work, 70 calorie tuna pouches, 100 calorie popcorn, chicken and beef cubes, 45 calorie miso and 70 calorie soup at hand.

This is my 5th DD... oddly they're easier to deal with than up days for me!

B: coffee w/ light cream
L/S: cucumber slices, coffee, milk, a chicken cube if I want it
D: salmon filet, salad (lettuce, rocket, scallion) w/ low-cal dressing
466 calories, 27g carbohydrate

sn--hard boiled egg white, maybe broth if needed
s--hamburger/vegetable soup

441 cal if I stick with this. (maybe less because I won't eat the potatoes in the soup and I just used ******'s version of the soup).

Day 15 and feeling good.

Breakfast--1cup Fage 2% with SF creamer, sprinkled with 1/4 cup protein plus cereal and 2 tbl walnuts. coffee with SF creamer

Lunch--sausage and peppers with 2 meatballs, sprinkle of parm. cheese, fruit salad

snack--not sure yet

dinner--chicken wings with Boathouse Blue Cheese dressing and veggies, cup of Jello temptation

They have zero calorie, one carb, no protein. But great flavor, they save me!

I decided once I got to work to do this so I had already eaten the majority of my calories by then :laugh: :dunno:

Later either another cup of Diet Swiss Miss (25) or 2 SF Philly Swirls (24)

medium banana (wow that's a lot of sugar!) with half cup each plain greek yogurt and unsweetened vanilla almond milk with a sprinkle of organic stevia

half cup organic raw trail mix (mostly pumpkin seed with some almonds and other seeds, sun dried unsweetened dried cranberries YUM)

1 cup quinoa with 2 tablespoons organic peanut butter melted in

crockpot: grassfed ground beef cooked with crimini mushrooms, pearl barley, organic beef stock, and some blueberries I froze last year

black bean chocolate cake

Had the yogurt, protein powder, berries and then a protein bar this morning, finished within an hour of waking up. Three hours later, I am still stuffed as when I ate it. About 420 calories so far.

Oops, dinner plans changed suddenly and we're going out for Thai. Gonna order yum woon sen, and the place where we're going to makes it similar to this recipe without peanuts so it should definitely be under 500 calories for the serving size I'll be eating. Love that I can go out on DDs on such short notice without it being a big issue.

l-cabbage thingy with Aldi's version of lcow-less cals and smaller, and then hb egg with light mayo and wasabi spread

d-shrimp, about 8oz before cooking (big protein eater..)

and it STILL comes to 390, which is 50 cals more than my allotment... :p

You can do a higher calorie DD today. 390 is still very low, low calories. SIRT1 is waking up even with 390 calories, even with 500 calories he is waking up. If you notice on the JUDDD calculator, there are % you can use that are higher or lower, but are still considered WLM. Today could just be a higher % is all. You are still doing excellent!!! :high5:
