Tomorrow is UD again, and I want to get an early start on the calories, although
it will probably be difficult to beat the 650+ calorie fritter from Monday. I have
cornmeal mush cooked, chilled and ready to fry in the AM, and will probably fry
a couple of eggs to go with it. I'm not a big breakfast meat kinda person, which
is too bad, because that would be some easy calories! So I think eggs would be
good for 140 calories, and mush would be good for 120, and I know I can get a
couple hundred from the butter it takes to fry four pieces of mush and 2 eggs.
My syrup is sugarfree, so that is only worth about 30 calories, but I think 500
calories for breakfast puts a pretty respectable dent in my quota, don't you?
