Excited about JUDDD!

My name is Kim and I came across this forum while attempting the hcg diet. (I got the non-potent hhcg first, then reordered, but by that time I had lost my motivation and decided to put it off for a few weeks...when I didn't have so much going on.)

But after finding JUDDD, I'm hoping I won't have to do that diet. This would be MUCH easier to maintain.

I have about 30 lbs to lose and am currently on my 3rd day if you count Sunday as my first UD. I survived my first DD yesterday, though I did go to bed hungry. I think I will fast until closer to dinner time so that way I can eat with my family and avoid the late night temptations.

I'm looking forward to getting to know each of you better!

Kim

Welcome, Kim, I am fairly new here too. Today is my 14th day. I'm getting better with the hunger at bedtime but I too have been shifting my eating times so my last meal is later in the day. I'm glad you found JUDDD!

Kim,

I was a former HCG person too. Only due to large amounts of weight I need to lose, I did eight rounds. I gained everything back that I lost. Plus I got quite ill. I don't think HCG was meant for that many or repeated rounds (my opinion only). I needed a plan that I can stick to for life. I am hoping this is it. I am two weeks into it and feel this is something I could do for life.

Best wishes and welcome to a really great group.

Thanks for all the warm welcomes! I truly do feel that this a great place to be!

My first "official" UD went well. A little anxious about my 2nd DD tomorrow, but just the fact of knowing that it's just one day, then I can eat what I want the next day, makes it a little less intimidating.

Was down two pounds after my first DD, expecting a slight gain tomorrow (yes, I'm a daily weigher ) but I really feel I'm going to start seeing a downward trend.

Kim

The scale will bounce. Don't let it deter you, after a week or so you will see the downward trend.
