No breakfast, Zumba class
L cheese grilled on toast
S soya flat white coffee and 3 shortbread biscuits
2 glasses of Merlot with half a small bag of potato chips
D pasta with vegetable sauce

-fried chicken
-green beans
-corn
-brussel sprouts
-fried rice (more shredded cabbage, broccoli than anything).

omg, everything tastes so good (seasoned with hunger, lol) Butter and seasonings on veggies.

Start Date: eating lowcarb since 2005
UD for me

Protein shake and 1 piece of low cal toast with pb and honey
Tuna and egg mixed with mayo and mustard, 1 piece of wheat bread, wheat thins
Broccoli and zucchini steamed with lunch
Snack of Greek yogurt with sunflower seeds and an Apple
Dinner was low carb tortilla filled with old elpaso mesquite chicken and rice, salad of spinach, mushrooms, sour cream, guacamole, salsa and chicken. A few tortilla chips

I still need to eat about 200 calories so I will probably have some banana pecan frozen yogurt later. Yummy! I love juddd!

I'm almost a Day ahead!! Posting this on Wednesday Down Under!!

Sun=MD (oops)
Mon=UD
Tues= reasonable DD, considering it was airplane food!!!
Wed (but I won't hold it against you!) = UD!!!

B: Toast & Margarine
L: Salmon/Avocado Sushi Rolls (2) and some baked 'shapes'
S: more baked 'shapes' - though I do hope not!
D: Roast Chicken, Bread Stuffing, Salad & Baked Sweet Potato

Looking forward to my first DD in Oz - however everything here seems to only read in Kilojoules!!!!!! A few things have cals - need to work out how to get an app on my phone to convert - oh yes and not everything has the kcal or kJ count!!!

Had a glass of wine to finish off the day. I estimate 850 calories today.
