First JUDDD weekend over....

I had my first Down day on Saturday and found it quite easy. I ate about 380 calories and even did a bunch of housework and took the dog for a walk. I usually will not start any type of diet on the weekends but I was really eager to get things going.

Yesterday was an up day and even though I over did it (popcorn, candy, and pizza) I still felt like I had things under control. I am a typical binge eater and eating this way would normally end in an all out eating frenzy. I even managed to get 45 minutes on the treadmill. I think the big difference was that I know that 2 days later I will be eating normal again and I didn't have to eat everything I was craving at that moment.

My plans for up days are to try and eat healthy but still let myself have something that I am craving. Tomorrow I am making chicken fajitas for my up day dinner but keeping breakfast and lunch lite.

Oh and I weighed this morning 1 lb lighter than Saturday morning.

Thank you and yes I think planning is the key, even on Up Days. Otherwise I will be eating way more calories than I should.

I hope it keeps getting better! I am having my DD lunch as we speak and even though I was hungry this morning, it was tolerable.
