IM DOWN A FEW LBS! After just one week on JUDDD.
i knew I had lost a few lbs due to my clothes, and just plain feeling lighter... I like both of those symptoms!!
I havent been exercising as much. Passed the weekend up caz of my knees are healing from 1/2 Marathone in dec. that killed my knees and hurt my pride. But no biggy main thing is my knees to be well.
It's another pretty day here in SW Missouri. Tempt to be in the 60's here today. Yikes unusual for us, usually we have ice on the ground this time of year.
So yesterday and today I m outside getting my home grown chicken compost in my small gardens, getting them ready for planting in another month.
I'm very pleased with this weeks woe.
I have to be honest. I really didn't think I could survive on the Lower calorie days. I m very surprised. And very happy. And Thankful.
I m happy mostly cause there is hope for people that want/need to lose wt.
I have ony a few more to loose and the biggy for me is to KEEP OFF that wt.
I feel this is very doable. I haven't shared with my friends and family members what I'm doing. that's a touchy subject. I plan to tell them after I get in maintance and see how that goes for me first. My husband only no's that Im counting calories. And off low carb woe. I'm not planning to eat wheat for several more days. I'm afraid I can't handle bread yet.
EVerybody new here like myself. After a few lower calorie days, Down days. Which were sorta dizzy days as I recall. Smile... That passed for me. I have been dizzy free all weekend.
Thanks everybody. I have people in my life that need help with wt.
THERE is HOPE. I'm proof.
DD for me. Will include Knorr's tomato bouillon cubes.
Sf jello warm, I drink it. Very tastie. This evening meal will be Protein shake and fresh egg blend, chips of ice, from our bullet blender. adding an egg helps the yukie taste of the shakes for me. Take one day at a time, do ur best today.

Yayyy!!!! :jumpjoy: So very glad to hear this, EI! :hugs: Let me tell you, maintenance in JUDDD is a breeze! Just keep going in WLM and you'll see what I mean in time. :)

So glad for your results and everyone else's! :high5: This woe is truly doable for life, and in maintenance can be modified at times to make it even more doable if one wants/needs to.

JUDDD lets us eat what we want! Dieting only a few times per week! Better health as the weeks/months go by! And no chance of regaining all that weight because we are on plan and it's so easy to be on plan always!

You are doing a GREAT job--and I remember my first DD--I didn't know enough to eat as late as possible in the day and save most of my cals for at night--I thought I was going to STARVE to death!:hyst:
I was really shocked when it became easier and easier, and now I actually get worried if I don't feel VERY hungry on a DD--I think maybe I ate too many calories.:D

I'm trusting that maintance will work for me on JUddd.
CAUSE of u guys saying it will. Smile.
I've jogged 3, 1/2 M.
My first 1/2 M. Was ok,since I was knew at jogging and n it for cardio. NOT to WIN the race. I walk/jogged. Hanging out, no big pressure, I just wanted to finish before they closed the run. Ha.
2. I was faster, better at knowing what I was doing. i race against myself. Try to make better time by then in my training. last 3 miles were rough. But made it ok, but told myself it was the last one. just to much pressure on my ol bones.
Finished that one at better time cause I wasnt packing as much weigh with me, plus training.
3rd. This winter in l Vegas, Rock and roll.
Was it!! My last. Hurt both knees at 7th. mile, I had to walk, didn't have enough clothes on to stay warm while walking, didn't hydrate was too cold. But any way.
I'm happy just to get to keep up with 6-8 mile a week. Which I haven't done since in rehab with knees. But I'm so much better. My husband still wants to do halfs. I'll do the 5 k runs=3miles. some day not real soon.

Good job, Eieio. Like Sophie says, maintenance is pretty darned easy on this WOE. I only wish I'd known about it sooner (or paid attention, lol!).
