DH took me to El Torito for lunch and I had yummy shrimp enchiladas. Still have 1000 calories left over for dinner.

Cindy's probably asleep in the UK right now. I looked it up and it's a fizzy vitamin drink (looks like flavored alka seltzer--tablets you drop in water). It comes in orange and berry as far as I can see.

Start Date: eating lowcarb since 2005
DD for me

Pure protein shake in the afternoon
4T total fat free half and half in my coffee
Dinner was leftover cabbage, chicken and cheese, about one third of what I made sat
Just had a snack of sf jello with cottage cheese

Im at about 360 for the day.

UD - Can you believe I ate a Sausage, egg & cheese biscuit @ jack in the box today??? I didn't even feel as guilty as I thought I would. I may hate the scale tomorrow morning though. The rest of the day was fine so maybe it won't hurt too badly!

The warm mocha chia pudding is my go to recipe for DDs. At 110 calories its quite a bargain. I hope you enjoy :

This recipe requires chia gel:

CHIA Gel
In at least a 3 cup bowl, whisk:
1/3 cup whole chia seeds
2 cups of water

Let mixture set on counter until gelled (probably an hour or so). Refrigerate.
1 TBSP has 5 calories

Warm Mocha Chia Pudding
1 packet of SF/FF milk chocolate mix (20 calories)
1 tbsp. of coco powder (10 calories)
˝ tsp instant espresso optional
3 tbsp of chocolate protein powder (50 calories)
2 packets of sweeteners (truvia)
Pinch of salt
Touch of vanilla
2 tbsp chia gel (10 calories)
1 tbsp half and half (20 calories)
˝ tsp of glocomannan powder (this is what makes it thicken)

In a bowl mix coco mix, coco powder, expresso, protein powder, sweetener, salt. Add 1 cup of very hot water and whisk until smooth. Add chia gel, half and half, vanilla and stir. Sprinkle the glucomannan powder on top of the mixture and whisk. It will start to thicken immediately and be complete in 5 minutes. I start eating immediately.

2 soft boiled eggs with mayo
2 coffee w/ hwc

1 piece ssg, pepper, onion, mushroom, and cheddar Quiche

2 T cottage cheese with a few strawberries and pecans
