I made the 321 cake just now (twice!) and it is soooo good. I used hwc instead of water, and boy howdy! Yummmmmmmmm!

ETA: It's in here somewhere but the recipe goes like this: 1 box angel food cake mix, 1 box of any other kind you like (I used strawberry). Mix the two cake mixes together and store in a ziplock baggie (I used an empty coffee can). To make the cake, put 3 T of cake mix in a mug, 2 T of water and microwave for 1 minute (I found that 50 min. was enough for my mw, and 1 min too much). On a UD, I recommend trying hwc in place of one of the T of water, or both! 80 calories, with water. 130 with 1 T HWC and 1 water, 180 with 2 T HWC. I think milk would also be a good substitute for water. My first experiment with it was with water and it didn't taste all that good-to me. I like the cream substitute, a lot! Also would be delicious with frosting. I only had FF Redi Whip, but it was very good too.

I have been making this 3-2-1 cake on UDs and just love it! I mixed angel food and chocolate cake mixes. Instead of 3 T. of the mix, I use half again as much of the mix and, of course, half again as much water. This still gets done in my microwave in 1 minute. Then, I spread NSA cherrie pie filling over that and Reddi Wip over that. It is soooo yum!

That sounds so yummy I love cake.I would take that over a piece of pie!
What do you bake them in? A coffe cup or just a ramikin like custard cup?I think I might try using the HOOD Calorie Countdown dairy beverage.It use to be called Carb Countdown but they've changed the name.It is really good.80cal to one cup.Fat free half N half would probably work too?

I can't wit to try the 321 cake, I keep forgetting to buy the ingredients!
Do you just eat it out of the mug? I might try almond milk instead of water. Would be good layered w/strawberries and then a dollop of something creamy on top!!
It is my DD, and I already went to the grocery store for my weekly shopping, not going back for this, so it will have to wait, boy I can hardly wait though.

Sher, almond milk would be good! And the calories for 2 TBLSP would be minimal!

shirl, I think the sugar free cake mix is pillsbury.

Berta, I make mine in a coffee mug. I have trouble waiting for it to cool before eating it!

Berta, you just take a whole box of chocolate cake mix and a whole box of angel food cake mix and mix the two together. I used a large rubbermaid canister and just store it in there, too.

96 calorie DD Salad

2 cups salad greens(I used I cup spinach and 1 cup arugula)
1 oz deli chicken
1 chopped green onion
2 sliced grape tomatoes
1 oz roasted red bell peppers
1 tbs lite dressing(mine was 15 calories-included in the 96 calories)
Put all ingredients in Tupperware with lid and shake it up

Glad you all liked the cake thanks for the suggestion to substitite the water. I bought 1/2 gal coconut milk am thinking I might use ythat next time. I tend to pour hwc on top after it is made helps cool it.

This would be even better, if I understand you correctly. You put 4.5 T of mix, 3.5 of liquid? The original recipe makes a very small cake. It's about 3 bites. I will save it for UD's too because it's not really low cal and doesn't substitute for a meal.

For all nukers! Apologies if this is in here! I used to do this quite a bit on DD/UD and have dropped grains so won't be having again, but for those that love oatmeal...

132 Cals with truvia (add 20 cals if you use Brown Sugar)

Easiest breakfast ever! 1/4 cup oats, 1 egg, 1 tsp brown sugar, handful (20) blueberries, splash of milk, dash cinnamon. Mix it all up. Stick in coffee mug in microwave for 2 minutes.

French breakfast radishes are really yummy too, fried with a little chopped onion. They don't taste exactly like potatoes, but they're so good.
