MD for me, too. I need to switch my rotation so I can enjoy a brunch I'm going to tomorrow. Can't decide what I want to have...so far, just 1T of cream in my coffee.

Sooner or later, something will come to mind

Nothing planned, but I told DD I'd take her to breakfast before rollerskating. (I'm not skating today. I spent so much time squatting with my dog Thursday night, Friday morning that I'm very, very sore today and have gained 0.8--hoping it's water weight in my sore thighs).

Probably a nice big breakfast, maybe something with biscuits and gravy! Then, who knows?

UD Saturday after a good DD. I feel like I am getting in the swing of this. DD's are fairly easy and while my stomach rumbles (loudly ) at some points of the day, I don't feel hungry. That's sort of weird. So my food plan so far:

Breakfast--1cup Fage 2% with SF creamer, sprinkled with 1/4 cup protein plus cereal and 2 tbl walnuts. coffee with SF creamer

Lunch--tuna with onions, celery and mayo, fruit salad

Snack--

Dinner--grilled porterhouse steaks, veggies, jello temtations cup 120 cal.

Aaaagh

In the end lunch was the most delicious cassoulet, with toulouse sausage, duck and pork belly - followed by a chocolat fondant - with 1/2 or so of a bottle of rose!!

So Dinner - maybe some soup or some basic pasta - not the delicious roast pork!!

TOO FULL!!!

DD for me, and still reeling from last night's dinner. My first time to a Claim Jumper restaurant - dear lord, how do you west coasties have any self-control at all with THAT place available?? (First time I've gone over on an UD)

B - coffee w hnh
L - Salad w imitation crab (thanks, Dawn!)
S - Beef jerky and small piece of cheese, 2 oz of wine (this afternoon snack is now my secret weapon on DDs. Wine convinces me I'm not being denied anything.)
D - Either salad, soup, or nothing at all!

Should be 400-500

Enjoyed my UD today, including great lunch at a very nice restaurant. Bit sad as it is Vicky's last day here before she goes back to Australia.

No breakfast, steak tartare with rustic bread followed by a cream caramel with rose wine for lunch. One soya coffee, one large Bloody Mary, a half of a small vegetable lasagne, mixed salad and caesar salad dressing.

Had a yummy steak for my MD lunch/dinner with salad. It was a T-bone and hubby gave me the tenderest part (we shared).

Up to about 820 calories now, leaving 180 for the rest of the evening. Not sure, probably will have either a smallish shake (YAY! My VitaMix part came in and it's working now!!) or....something light. Don't like to go to bed dreaming about what I'm going to eat on my UD. That tends to get me off on the wrong foot!

DD
b-Big mug coffee with FF hnh and Splenda 44
l-cabbage, celery cooked in 1C ff broth with herbs and celery; 1 Kavli thin crispbread spread with Aldi's version of laughing cow, which is slightly less in weight and cals 87
d-babysitting gdson-lean cuisine steak tips portabello 160
half T butter 50

If I make it to the end of the day, this will be 343 which is 2 cals above my allotted amount.

Had a party to go to last night; estimated cals, and once again came up with over 2000-my allotment is 1710......it's the wine, it's always the wine....

Kinda sad to hope that I don't have anyplace to go...

That big b'fast at 12 noon kept me full til now. I'm on a FD and loosely counting my calories to make sure I'm hitting at least my minimum of 1800.

Dinner was about 6:15 p.m. Continuing my FD with...

-the DD special!! fried cabbage & onion, 2 eggs, soy sauce, other seasoning with some shrimp, fried and seasoned with Creole. I had 1/2 cup of this and went back to get more, and the others had taken it all! lol.

-1 piece Hillshire Farms Italian Sausage (might have had some rice clinging to it because it was part of a rice & bean dish)

-1 serving of salmon in habanero mango salsa (not as hot as it sounds, but real yummy!)

-leftover ratatouille (has lots of cheese).

-1 glass burgundy but I'll consider another Gotta get those calories up.

-1 red grapefruit

---

adding: another glass of wine. So, 1430 calories.

Wow, since I stopped snacking between meals (for my blood sugar) for the most part, I am eating a little less these days.

Much better UD than the last one that turned into a MD. I thought about drinking a glass of wine later but then I remembered I don't drink anymore.

Looking forward to DD tomorrow
