I didn't mean to disappear!

I thought I'd be right back in the game in a day or two and then found reasons to let it drag on. One was that I really needed to go back to strict low carb because the carbs were setting me off, but I just didn't have the money to buy for a whole new diet. Then my whole family got sick, for days and days, and I thought we were better yesterday, but the little ones and I are feeling pretty crappy today.

On the bright side, intestinal bugs aren't so bad for the waistline. I am pretty much the same weight now as when I fell off the wagon.

Anyway, I'm attempting a DD today. So far I've had 4T of heavy cream and my plan is to have up to 6 more tablespoons, but no food. I feel like it'd be easier if we were out and busy, so we'll see what happens. Tomorrow I'll do a vlc up day.

Glad you're back. We all go through that period where we are sort of feeling our way along, trying to find the carb level we want to live at, whether still very low carb or higher, and also what we want to eat on our fasting days that make it so easy to do.

Have you ever had the cabbage-chicken-Laughing Cow cheese on DDs? OMG! I am so in love with that, and for about 500 calories you can have so much of that you are stuffed. LOL I don't mind fasting if I'm not hungry, but I've found from experience, some things really fill me up, and some choices leave me feeling very, very hungry.

Well, after the first two or three weeks, JUDDD seems to really kick in, and kick into high gear, and then it's all pretty easy and weight loss seems to happen fairly smoothly too.
