Start Date: eating lowcarb since 2005
DD for me.

It's amazing how they are getting easier and easier. I didn't have anything until after my walk at the gym during lunch and bad chicken broth with hour since.
I took gluc pudding with me to work and ate that in the afternoon
Dinner was cabbage, mushrooms, 1oz chicken, jalapenos saute in soy sauce.

Total for the day will be about 300.

DD for me:

- black coffee & herbal tea
- chicken broth w/one carrot and one celery
- chicken breast w/plain broccoli

luckily I saved a lot of calories for dinner! Dh made dinner and he would have been upset if I didn't eat it...I did skip the carrots though bc he put butter on them...

Online calculator says only 360 calories so I might have a skinny cow ice cream sandwich later too...or SF jello...

Start Date: Aug 2011/I've been maintaining since April 2012
Supper was a sausage patty with cheese, broccoli stir fry, 1/2 sweet potato with butter and a paleo pumpkin muffin. My body apparently didn't like something about it, because it sent my blood glucose too high.

DD tomorrow to recover.
