Best DD Meal Yet!!
 
OK, so I've been playing around with the cabbage recipes and threw this together today. SOOOO good and very filling!!

1 bag shredded cabbage (here they are 250g's) - 68 calories
1 packet of seasoning from Tom Yum Shrimp Flavor Ramen - ?calories
1/4 c. Thai Red Curry sauce - 70 calories (Loyd Grossman brand)
3oz. salmon filet, cooked - 118 calories

In a large skillet, cook shredded cabbage, 1 c. water and seasoning packet over medium-high until cabbage is cooked to desired doneness. Add Thai Red Curry sauce and salmon filet, cut into bite-sized pieces. Reduce heat to low and simmer until the sauce is reduced by half (another few minutes). Enjoy!
