8 weeks today
 
just to say that i'm 180 this morning....down my 12lbs and happy about that....i've had a rough go but i'm doing ok....my DD's are easier and my UD's are way less bingey now....coming off of LC/VLC i ate everything in sight and the holidays were of no assistance....it's a struggle somedays but i'm so happy to have found this WOE and can't thank everyone enough for the love and support here....it really is amazing!!! i EAT CARBS!!! and i'm losing weight...whodathunkit?!?!?! YAY :jumpjoy:

Some keys to successful WL on JUDDD are finding the right UD #'s, sticking those as much as humanly possible (we all make mistakes big and small! just get back into the rotation and fugg-ed-about the past) and tracking all food.

Come maintenance, it's much more flexible, but if someone is having trouble losing weight on JUDDD, (like early on when I started doing FDs way too soon :doh: ), I found it was best to go back to the basics. JUDDD works! :)

I find that you are right on at the 5'6" mark...1700-1800 is where i need to hang out on the UD and i'm not having any trouble below 500 for the DD's

Great weight loss! I loved reading this thread and your success.

Sometimes it takes a bit of patience to get into it.. to overcome water weight regain maybe, or to get used to holding low calorie days to their cap, or even of holding UD calories to their cap, or whatever our individual problems may be in the beginning.

But for the folks who just keep at it, success ends up being their reward. Congrats on the nice weight loss!

thanks!!! i could not AT all be doing this without you....honestly i'm a social beast...i need outward guidance, i CRAVE others successes to be hopeful....i LOVE how we stand for eachother here....i just KNOW that i wouldn't be nearly as successful without you all!!!!!!! smooches!!! i hope this never ends!!!!
