Lunch ended up being half a grilled ham and cheese sandwich, salad, and grapes. Supper will be beanless chili, and I think my dd is planning on making blueberry muffins. I'll have half if I have any.

Oh, and had a snack of 1 tbsp peanut butter, right off the spoon.

Skipped the Fage/berries. Just had my salad for lunch, and am contemplating a Flatout Pizza for dinner now. The one I made on Tuesday was super yummy for 200 calories. That will put me at about 315 for the day.

Had probably 200 calories worth of cheesecake, THEN had dinner, lol. I couldn't wait for dessert.

Eating dinner now - the cabbage and other veggie stir-fry with shrimp, tilapia, a little rice, lots of Creole Seasoning, 2 eggs & 1/4 cup soy sauce cooked into it.

I dished out a cup of it, and started in on it, but after the cheesecake I'm already feeling stuffed.

Start Date: eating lowcarb since 2005
DD for me

Protein shake made with 1 cup light v8 fusion, a scoop protein and gluc
Half a bag of smart pop
Made a wrap with egg and psyllium and put 1 laughing cow cheese, 2oz chicken, spinach, mushrooms and salsa in it...yummy
I will be about 350 today

I'm sitting pretty at about 400 cals I'm so amazed at my DDs this week. It's like a whole new world! Planning to finish the day with a Diet Swiss Miss a little later.

Good going, Alcestis!

Ended my DD with around 700 calories!

I still can't believe I had regular cheesecake on my DD

And lately my DD haven't been so urgent as far as I MUST HAVE protein with each little meal.

AND haven't been so urgent about I MUST HAVE food in belly when head hits pillow at night. These are astonishing to me, because it's like my body has relaxed about food even MORE on DD!

AND one more - hunger itself isn't as hard.

Well, it depends on what KIND of hunger. I'm now distinguishing different types that have a different "gut feel" and levels of urgency about them. Some of them must be fed right away (Examples: hormonal is a ravenous beast that won't be ignored, and there's another kind of hunger that makes me feel SICK if I don't feed it.)

Anyone else know what I mean here?

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!

B:Coffee with SF creamer (2 large cups 100 cal)
Lots of crystal light (maybe around 40-50 cals got plenty of water today!)
Pork lion, green beans and a bite of mashed potatoes, gravy on everything it sounded good (450 cal)

590 cal pretty good DD considering I was starving to death!!
