I'm sick!

I have a cough that won't go away and fatigue like crazy How do you count the calories in cough drops, cold syrups, etc on DDs?

i was sick for 3 weeks and just kept doing the rotation...i gained 7 of the 10 i lost back and it stayed with me until i felt better...i took whatever cold meds i needed and didn't much worry about the calories in any of them...i'm still with this cough and after i started feeling better the weight came back off....i'm sorry ur sick tho!! HUGS!!! hope you feel better soon, dont look into too much but i can attest to the water weight whilest sick....UGH but it comes off!

Feel better and forget about counting calories in meds. I even went over my DD calories right before I got the flu because I was so darn hungry, and figured it was my body's way of preparing to fight! JUDDD forgives, so do what you need to do to get better and just come right back on plan when the "fight" is over!

Sorry the bug got you. I've been hearing of so many who are getting this, this year, and it sounds like a nasty cold/flu thing. Hope you feel better soon. Just take care of yourself.

Sorry to hear you've got a cough. A lot of cough medicines come Sugar Free - I would see if any are available. Then I wouldn't count them (wouldn't anyway!)

I use sugar-free cough drops and cold medicine and wouldn't count either. (And I just realized that I haven't been sick since I started JUDDD and usually I catch every single thing my little girl brings home from preschool.)

I hope you get better soon! Drink lots of warm liquids.

I never count cold meds, supplements or any of that stuff either. Just do what you need to do to feel better, then come back at it!
