Much needed DD, after practically 3 UP days over the weekend!!

I stepped on the scale this morning, only up .5 lb. though, LOVE JUDDD. Back on my regular rotation now, I guess life happens sometimes.
I just want to get back to weight loss mode.

B- Coffee with coconut milk creamer
L- 2 eggs, 2 slices turkey bacon
D- Shrimp Piccata over shirataki

About 500 calories, wish me luck!

DD here. I'm sticking to the normal. Although I'm cutting the SF coffee out of my coffee and sticking with almond mild and stevia. Still have this stupid cold. I think I might have a new cold on top of the old one.

Breakfast--coffee with almond milk stevia, sprinkle of cinnamon
around 10AM I will have Fage 0% with 1tbl SF creamer and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Lunch--netrition protein shake with almond milk
Dinner--chicken broth (1cup) with 3 tbl egg white, protein shake with almond milk
lots and lots of lemon water
about 360 cal.

DD for me, and I just made a big pot of soup. I am not sure EXACTLY what I am eating, but, it will probably be soup and a protein shake(90 calories) or two. That's what I've been having since I started back on JUDDD a week ago or so. It's possible I could have some celery stuffed with the Aldi brand of laughing cow cheese.

Saturday was a down day for me and I made crab/veggie soup. 3 cups was just a tad over 300 calories total (if that) so I enjoyed that 3 times during the day.

Today is a down day and besides coffee, I've had nothing nor am I hungry. I'm going to try and hold out as long as I can. I got up on the scale this morning and my weight is stable after an up day. I'm hoping THAT is a good sign. I'm not dropping as fast as I would have on LC but I feel that this change to JUDDD has been more of a long-term life style change - the change may only be a pound difference per week or due more to my age now than before. I was in my 30's when I dropped a ton of weight on LC - now I'm 42 - vastly approaching 43....

DD for me too. Having my usual DD Asian stir-fry.

I'll saute 1/2 an onion, a tablespoon smashed fresh ginger and a teaspoon chopped garlic in FF chicken broth. Then I'll add a whole package of broccoli slaw,a big handful of sliced fresh mushrooms and a couple of stalks of sliced celery and saute that until wilted. Then I'll add a tablespoon of soy sauce,a tablespoon cider vinegar, a teaspoon of Thai green curry paste and a packet of artificial sweetener. Then I'll throw in 4 ounces of cubed cooked chicken breast and a package of shirataki noodles and feast on this all day long for about 300-350 calories. This makes a great big old skillet full and I don't have to think about food again until my UD tomorrow .

DD, so I am not sure exactly when these will be eaten, but here's what's on my list (the later I start in the day, the better)

Almond Milk (Chocolate mixed with Starbux Via and blended with ice. Mocha Latte!)
Carbmaster Yogurt
Progresso SW Veggie Soup

Strawberry protein shake stretched with a lot of ice,
and if that doesn't do it,

Biggie Muffin

If I eat all those, it will be 440 for the day.

All this is going to be interspersed with lots of Cinnamon and/or Peach hot tea.

Breakfast: 1 piece 30 cal. sugar-free bread, one Boca patty, and one LCL cheese wedge.
Snack: 1 apple
Lunch: one cup steamed broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
Supper: 2 cups cole slaw stir-fried with two pieces turkey bacon. LCL cheese added to the mix. (Thank you, Andrea for that wonderful recipe!)
Exercise: Zumba after work with my friends. LOVE Zumba!!!

I had a 45 cal. cup of soup around 12:30... that's it. I'm actually surprised I'm not hungry. I just went and got a Diet Coke just because my mouth is dry. I am wondering if I can pull off very little calories today???? Hummmm
