Thinking Flatout pizza for dinner. I just figured it out and with a flatout light, 1/4 C pizza sauce, 8 1/2 slices turkey pepperoni and 1/4 C fat free cheddar, it would be 200 calories even. Pizza on a DD!

I keep thinking that here soon I'll get hungry, but it hasn't happened. Instead of eating lunch and going out to my car to nap, I just went out to my car - and napped! Woke up not hungry.

Some of those soups are starting to sound pretty good, though...beef stew and chicken noodle? Yumm. Of course all I have is SW Vegetable, but that's okay. I probably won't have soup anyway. I'm pretty sure I'll have something before bed, selected out of my previously-mentioned rotation.

Definitely going to have that chocolate/pb/oatmeal combo for breakfast tomorrow, on my UD though

Pizza on a DD is good - I know that I can eat 1/2 a legerra pizza at Pizza Express for 250 - haven't done it yet - but must keep in mind

Another good DD here! 285 cals!

DD here

Gluc pudding made with light v8 fusion, egg whites and 1T protein
Sliced and peeled cucumber, celery
Beef broth
Light progresso sw before soup and added 1oz chicken
I may have a sf jello later

Will only be about 350 calories and I burned about 500 doing exercise today! Woohoo!

Ok, I haven't actually eaten it all yet, but here's the final for today:

Almond Milk (2 Cups w/some extras) 100
Biggie Muffin with zucchini - 60
Strawberry shake 160

For a total of 320. And I'm not hungry! I never really believed the appetite suppression aspects of JUDDD. It's pretty amazing!

And I have my UD breakfast and lunch all packed for tomorrow.

I feel like I entered the twilight zone, lol. Today's FD (would have been my 4th one in a row!) turned into a DD and I only realized it this evening.

I was on my way somewhere in my car about 6:30 p.m. and noticed how clear and good I felt, alive with energy and well-being, and then it dawned on me I'd only had a can of Progresso Lite soup, 2 turkey sandwiches, a piece of chocolate, two apples, and well, that was pretty much it.

I'd thought about turning the FD into a DD earlier, but for some reason thought I'd blown it already... but I think in my mind I was mixing up some foods I ate yesterday with what I'd had today, lol.

I wondered why I hadn't felt too full all day, lol. And now that I'm back home, I'm pretty hungry, but I think I'll just have some tea and go to bed.

About 750 calories today.

And wooweeee! Tomorrow is a FD!

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!

UD - I don't know how i've eaten so much

B - 2 100 cal bagels, 1/2 tbsp fat free cream cheese, half an apple
L - Whole large apple
D - Cup of breakfast potatos, 2 pieces french toast (texas style bread), 4 eggs (2 whole, 2 eggwhites), >1/2 cup syrup (1/4 cup sugar free and 1/4 cup low calorie)
- up till then this was less than 1k calories soo...
4 ~90 calorie brownies, PBJ sandwhich

my stomach feels like its going to explode... and I still have a little less than 400 calories to eat... O.O

I ended up having a strip steak at dinner, then a mix of fage fat free greek yogurt and crushed pineapple in it's own juice as dessert. was very good
