Question about exercise

Wondering what your preferred exercise is for UD/DD or if it matters to you.

Not sure if I'd have the energy for cardio on DD's, but weight/toning without the protein doesn't sound good either.

So I'm leaning to doing the pilates/yoga/weight stuff on DD's and trying cardio, or at least walking, on UD's.

I'm going to try it this way and see how it goes, but just wondering what you've experienced if you've done this longer.

I have always exercised fasted so I haven't changed anything. If I find I am ravenous on a DD day, I eat to my limit and usually end ok.

I suggest googling "fasted workouts".
There are a lot of bodybuilders using IF while weightlifting,
and finding it very effective for building muscle!
They don't have to have protein shakes every 15 minutes after all!

Of course some people feel a bit weak or have headaches at first on DDs,
so intense exercise may not feel good. But I found I was feeling cold on DDs,
and exercise helped warm me up. I don't do anything too intense these days, though.

Start Date: eating lowcarb since 2005
I also have always did my workouts fasted. Cardio usually stunts my appetite for awhile but weightlifting makes me hungry so I do cardio on DDs in the form of kickboxing. I do Turbojam with weighted gloves. Then on UDs I use weights so I get more protein and really give myself tons of fuel and feed my muscles. I lift weights on Tue, thur and Sun and do cardio Mon, Wed, Fri and sat. Yes, I without 7 days per week sometimes 2 times per day. Im a freak but I enjoy it.
