Enjoy a nice UD tomorrow. Replenish yourself and eat well.

Some people find it helpful to plan out their eating ahead of time for UDs and allow for a treat or two, portioned out ahead of time. Nothing is off limits, so you don't have to eat it all in one day. There are many, many days forever to eat those treats and things you like.

Let us know how you're doing. Remember, there is no failure, just another new chance all the time. Take it a day at a time. We want you to be as healthy and happy as possible.
Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!

Thank you Sophie. I am not doing traditional JUDD, but today will be higher for sure!
I should probably start a journal or another thread. I don't want to confuse newbies who are actually interested in doing the proper DD/UD JUDD rotations.
