Can the scale be serious???

2 UD 1 DD yesterday and weighed 124lbs this morning, I'm not reading in to it too much since I am told a couple pounds will be gained temporarily when I add carbs back in but still that's unreal!!!!!!

AWESOME!! Congrats! Looks like the "magic" of JUDDD is certainly working for you! I had absolutely no gain from carbs, but maybe some do....

Way to go!

LOL! Yeah, there can be some tremendous weight fluctuations on the scale from the JUDDD plan, but if you've seen this low today, even if weight is up again tomorrow from more fluctuation, you can be pretty assured that you will be seeing that low weight again soon, and even lower.

Glad you're seeing some nice results already! Fun, isn't it?!!!!!

I understand that, thing is I haven't seen this weight since I was 13, not even once. Yes it is fun! I pigged out the day before my DD that brought this small miracle this morning. I was quite skeptical but the measuring tape confirmed almost 1/4" down in my waist

Uh, oh....looks like somebody is gonna have the famous JUDDD "baggy-butt" jeans syndrome

Girl, you better get ready to shop! I just had to run out to Marshalls and get size 4 jeans, because all of my 6's were getting a little too close to slipping off!

And, oh yeah, I just bought the 6's a couple of weeks ago. The inches and fat lost on this woe is incredible!

Your stats look great! It is motivating, in 2011 I lost 2-3lbs in the entire YEAR with VLC. With JUDDD I lost 3lbs in 3 days!

We hear this same story or a variation of it over and over and over again!

While it's popular to vilify carbs by some bloggers, authors, and followers, I really begin to think that Mother Nature didn't cover the earth with plant life without intending for us to eat carbohydrate foods as a goodly part of our diets. And yes.. of course, we all know that it wasn't intended that we live by bread alone, nor follow the Twinkie diet. LOL

But when so many find their body simply won't lose weight any longer in the face of what might be called carb starvation, it makes you wonder.

So many are eating plenty low calorie, but almost exclusively on two macro nutrient groups, to the near-exclusion of the third. And then when they come to JUDDD and allow themselves even a somewhat reasonable increase in carbohydrate foods, their body seems to feel like it isn't facing starvation anymore, and it cooperates by returning to weight loss, and seemingly with great joy and abandon!

We all get to eat whatever way we want to, but I feel better now than I have in years. More energy and vitality, a greater sense of well being and emotional joy, etc. I really do attribute my better quality of life and overall mental and physical health to JUDDD. And to the inclusion of eating more fully, a more all-inclusive diet for this past many months now.

HA!!!! I actually LOVE hearing these kinds of things! There was a time when I first started JUDDD that I thought I was sick or had some kind of illness because the weight was just melting off of me! It wasn't until I read others great success on this WOE that I felt it was just a fact that I had found the WOE that worked the best for me!

WTG, and keep up the good inspiration you are giving us!
