Holy cow Sedona! That's a flippin' amazing average! I was stoked with my 3+ lb. average. Now I'm going to have to work harder.

I think you may be my new hero.

Great losses, Sedona!

UD for me. The day is pretty much up in the air as I have a pot luck luncheon after church and a baby shower later this afternoon. Will attempt to hold myself in check and not consume over 1700 cal.

I spent yesterday dreaming about all the different, wonderful food I could eat today and of course I'm not hungry now

We have chili cooking in the crockpot from yesterday - will probably have that tonight, but as for the rest of the day... scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, cake, cookie, cheese platter, oatmeal...who knows???? On JUDDD I can choose ANYTHING!

Ain't that the truth! I literally woke up three or four times in the night, thinking about the chocolate-peanut butter-oatmeal "cookie" and the belgian-waffle cheese toast I was going to have this morning (DD yesterday was a b***h, but I made it through with 400 calories). I had the cookie and belgian waffle, separated by an hour or two, and I can't imagine ever wanting to eat again! I am sure that feeling will last until, oh, around noon tomorrow....

No, actually, I have some butternut squash cubes and some brussels sprouts that I am going to cook (probably together) later on today, and some grass-fed hamburger meat that I should have cooked last week, but now DH has promised to grill hamburgers for me, so I am sure I will eat one of those, but I've had all the bread I can stand for one day, so I'll eat it with a fork.

That's probably going to be the extent of it. Maybe a few bites of peanut butter, using 90% chocolate as a "chip" - gotta keep those UD calories up, woo-hoo!

Holy smokes, that is awesome! WTG

DD for me.

b--1 egg scrambled, decaf black coffee (didn't figure it would be good to be starving for Sunday School and church, so chose not to fast this time).
l--baked chicken thigh, 2 meatballs, 1/4 cup coleslaw and 1/2 cup green beans. (my MIL is such a good cook--I'm proud of myself for doing so well eating there).
s--not sure. Since dh didn't grill the steaks yesterday, I'd like him to today, but football games might get in the way of that.

UD - DH wanted a Papa Murphy's pizza for FOOTBALL! so I grabbed one of their awesome Club Salads with Ranch Dressing. I ate half for lunch and will eat the other half for dinner. Low on calories for the day but they are so filling! I might make the coconut oil/PNB bark for a snack later.

dh doesn't like the delite crust and we don't need 2 pizzas. I do eat the toppings from his sometimes but with all the meat on the Club Salad I didn't today.

DD for me. I just ate dinner, after fasting since my night treat last night around 9ish...so about 22 hours. It was very strange but I really didn't feel hungry today.

Anyways, I had a cup of veggie soup with a baked potato with light sour cream. About 350 cals total, so I'll have some kind of small snack later.

With my Gma, enjoying ham and bean soup homemade by her

Had a handful of potato chips.

Thinking about having a grapefruit, and then I'll probably be done eating for the night.
