Stats: 152/124-126/125 5'4"

Start Date: Aug 2011/I've been maintaining since April 2012
1 week on JUDDD--weigh in

130!

And I lost 1/4" from my waist and hips.

I couldn't be happier. I'd been stalled for a while, so any movement would have been good. But 2 pounds in the first week when I was almost at goal?! Yeah baby!

Plan to continue with the induction for the second week and see what happens. Since I want 130 to be the upper limit of my range, I really need to go down 2-3 more. And I can see with JUDDD that will not be a problem.

I may switch things up and try MUDDD'ing or adding some FD's here and there eventually, but not until I get the weight where I want it and it is stable there for a few weeks.

JUDDD big time.

Yay! That's wonderful news and especially exciting, since you were so close to your goal weight when you started JUDDD. We're led to believe that *weight loss slows down when you're close to goal*, but that doesn't seem to be true for those who follow JUDDD.

Congratulations on this nice weight loss. I doubt you'll have much trouble losing those few more pounds that will give you the wiggle room that makes maintenance so comfortable.

I'm in the same boat. Being so close to goal made me think I might not actually lose anymore, so I figured I was golden if I could just maintain under 150. I've continued to lose, much to my delight!

I love reading all the stories where things are moving....gosh I cannot get it going! Started LC day after Christmas and JUDDD a week ago - still exactly the same. Sometimes it just makes me crazy when I think of all the stupid things I ate over the holidays and didn't gain an ounce now I cut all of that out for nearly a month now and nothing.......I'm so jealous!!
