This is how it came to me in email- I'm pretty sure that oven temp is wrong-

4500 degrees, sounds like how my grandma cooks lol :)

Glad to get this recipe! So first of all a big Thank You there.

And since I usually don't bake much of anything at 4500 degrees, I'll probably drop that temp back some.

It's in the oven now- at 450F. I used 2 1/2 small (probably about 3" diameter)
gala apples. Don't mind the nutritional info at the bottom of her recipe- hers
apparently doesn't count pie crust, apples or cheese. Unfortunately, this will
be more accurate:

Per Serving: 300 Calories; 18g Fat (54.6% calories from fat); 5g Protein;
29g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; 30mg Cholesterol; 300mg Sodium.
