This will be an UD for me-made yesterday a MD so I can party with my "Ladies of the Lake" group-we used to be Red Hats...

I have NOOOOO idea how many calories. It will be an Italian night, with LOTS of wine and good food.

I will try to watch my portions-easier with the food than the wine and will do the best to journal all. I'd like to stay between 2000 and....

So far have had coffee, half n half, Splenda, 2 slices of lite bread, spread one with butter and the other with cream cheese. Seems funny to weigh the fats, having been in LC since 2003, BUT since I've been dieting most of my 65 years, I can certainly get back to the calorie counting...

My very first UD...hmm! I know you're supposed to plan these better, but I really have no idea yet. I'm sure I'll think about it more in the future, but I'm pretty good at calorie counting so I'll make it work either way.

B: I'm thinking peanut butter toast
L/D: no idea

DD here and will be out most, if not all of the day. Here's the plan, but it could change and usually does!

B: Cafe du Monde chicory coffee, black
2 hours rollerskating
L: Small chili at Wendy's
Shopping for new jeans! Yippee for me!
Gym with DH
D: If we're still out, Subway salad. If we're home by then, veggies and a lean protein.

How's that for a plan that isn't a plan?

Should still be under 400 calories.

Dawn I found Cafe Du Monde at Kroger! And, sadly, chicory still gives me gas but the coffee is good

Sophie pointed me in the direction of World Market for my Cafe du Monde, but sadly I don't have a Kroger here on the west coast.

I know coffee's supposed to rev up your motor. Perhaps, like in a car, it takes gas to do so?

First DD on a weekend. I believe DH is going in to work and that will make things easier. Slept in to 9:30 and am just having breakfast at 10. That's great because it makes the day shorter and yet the "fasting" time remains the same. I am not hungry this morning, but I can't tell whether it is my cold or the appetite suppression fairy has stopped in. The hardest part of DD so far is limiting my coffee creamer. I measure it on DD and my coffee is just not the same. I did try to add a little unsweetened almond milk to help with that.

Breakfast--coffee with 1 tbl SF coffee creamer, 1 0% Fage Greek yogurt with 1 Tbl SF coffee creamer and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Lunch--netrition protein shake made with 1/3 c SF almond milk and water

Dinner--netrition protein shake made with 1/3 c SFalmond milk and water

calories end up right about 380

WOE: Lowish carb (formerly on Protein Power)
I messed up yesterday and ended up with a medium up day, so today will be a DD:

Br: Coffee w/ 2% milk, protein shake
Rest of the day -- all liquids totalling +/- 300 cal, 60 gr. protein and low carb
Salad greens (from my garden) w/ ff dressing later in the day if I feel the need to chew on something.
Should end up less than 400 cal.

Well I've had the DD part of my day - which started yesterday evening.

I don't see MUDDD working for me as I was ravenous this morning and have eaten my full 500 cals!!!! Whereas normally I can get away with between 350 and 450 (maybe it's because I have only eaten only 2515 cals over the last 3 days - whereas that number is normally my amount for 2 days!) So tonight we're having dinner and I'm thinking even if I hit 1500 for dinner tonight - my average over the past 3 days will only come out at 1330 cals - which is my perfect average per day!! Anyway - it's all an experiment!!!

So
DD
B: Boiled Egg, 2 cups of tea, Lime Jelly
L: Skinny Flat White Coffee, Ham & Cheese Toastie

Other food:
Roast Tomatoes, with anchovies, basil etc
Fillet Steak with lovely mushroom sauce, great veggies
Cheese & Cheese Biscuits

Champagne and Red Wine

And tomorrow will still be an UD!!!!!

Pretty incredibly excited that I kept to my DD yesterday, despite brother-in-law's awesome cooking for dinner AND going out dancing. Finished at 493 cals, yay! So doable.

FD today - would be a UD, but we have a huge family party and I don't want to be sitting there with my blackberry every time I nibble on something.

B - coffee and hnh, 1 egg, 3 strips bacon, 1/3 c homemade home fries.
L - prob nothing, as breakfast was late.
D - cookout foods and pretty much as much booze as my tummy will allow!

Having another FD (2 in a row) because I'm changing my schedule around some more for the coming week. Plus, it's a special day for my family and we are going out to dinner and a movie.

B/L (got up late)
- 2 pumpkin spice & vanilla waffles with some real butter + SF syrup
- 1 scrambled egg
- 2 sausage links
-1/2 c. fresh pineapple
- black coffee

D
- Either a Chinese buffet or Golden Corral (the kids love buffets)

Lunch was a grilled cheese sandwich and salad.

Supper is going to be a Shish Taouk platter from the lebanese restaurant near here. Mmmm. I don't know how many calories that may be, but I still have like 1600 calories for the day.
