DD today. I'm shooting for 500-700 cals.

So far:

B: Coffee with SF creamer, carbmaster yogurt - 125
L: 3 cups coleslaw mix stir fry with leftover chicken and 2 laughing cow cheese wedges, a serving of pop chips - 374

I'm at 499 right now and have a crazy sweet tooth right now. I might have more coffee with SF creamer and SF chocolate pudding for dinner

Sometimes Diet root beer really takes care of my sweet tooth, too. I love that stuff.

Change of plans. Dh went to a movie with the boys, so no grilling tonight. I'm making beef smoked sausage and stir fry peppers. I didn't have the snack of cashews, and only 1 tbsp of coc oil bark rather than 2. Because I had a sliver of apple pie that was still left. YUM.

I'll come in around 1800 cals today, which is my highest yet.

Tomorrow might be tricky because MIL has invited us over for lunch after church. A DD and my MIL's cooking are simply not that compatible. LOL I'll see what happens.

Three tiny homemade espressos with half and half (236 calories)
Lean ham steak (190 C)
Steamed broccoli and cauliflower (31 C)
Later some green beans for a snack if I get hungry (26C)

Under 500 calories I'm proud of myself

D: Went to Longhorn Streakhouse to celebrate a great hockey win for my older DS. They have a "Flavorful Under 500" menu, so I got the salmon w/ mixed steamed veg and a salad w/ rasp vinaigrette (410). I had three very small tastes of the boys' desserts...guessing (75)

Total: 549 Not bad for eating out like a normal person at a restaurant for dinner!

Lol...I just noticed that I named yesterday's restaurant to be Longhorn STREAKhouse!

Soooooo inappropriate!!

It's a STEAKhouse. STEAK. Not STREAK! No streaking took place!! No one wants to see that...believe me!!

dd/FD today.

Nothing to eat since 8 p.m. last night, and then about 1 p.m. we went to a Japanese Steakhouse and ate from the Hibachi grill Fried rice, veggies, shrimp, swordfish...

I'll probably have my leftovers later, not sure what else.
