I love it too. And dh has told me several times that he loves it. In just three weeks, I've lost 7 lbs, he's lost 8, and neither of us feels deprived. And really, we've only "dieted" for 10 days. Great results!!!!

I am loving it too. One thing that helps me is that I am a big water drinker. In the winter, I like hot water with a twist of lemon and I probably drink about 100oz a day. On DD, if I do feel hunger pains, I just up my water more. It fill me up, has no calorie and helps with the weight loss. Of course, running to the ladies room adds calories burned too!
