What am I going to do tomorrow?
 
Yesterday was DD- I ate 0 calories.
Today was UD- I ate 322 calories- oops.
I liked my rotation- Bible study Fridays
were falling on UDs. Next Bible study
Friday will be Feb. 3- needs to be UD.
I know I didn't do today right, but I
know I have a couple weeks to straighten
it out, too. So, is tomorrow another DD?
(Eating again today is out of the question.)

Tomorrow needs to be a true UD. Then, if needed, you can insert a MD sometime in the next two weeks to have the 3rd fall on an UD as well.

I agree this sounds like a good plan to me.

yep, UD, and make sure you eat. Don't know how you do 2 DD's in a row, I look forward to getting to eat after just one DD.

then put in a MD if you need to in order to get an UD to fall where you want it to. I usually do DD, MD, UD, so that I have plenty of calories on my UD before I go back to a DD again

I vote today should be an UD. After two DDs you risk going into low-cal diet/starvation mode and slowing down your metabolism which is exactly what you do not want to happen. You can adjust your rotation later.
