DD 100 CAL MINI MEALS
 
My husband and I are starting JUDD finally:jumpjoy: He has lost 30 lbs on HCG and I think this would be perfect for us.
Im looking for our down day meals at 500 cal and want to break them up into 5 100 cal mini meals.
Can you JUDDERS give me examples of filling 100 cal meals please.

Pat (SoHappy) does this, or suggested doing this. Maybe she will chime in soon and give you some examples!! :up:

A slice of low-cal toast w/a laughing cow cheese wedge spread on it.
2oz tilapia and 2 celery stalks simmered in chicken broth for a soup.
A hard boiled egg over fresh spinach salad (I think 3 cups of spinach is like 15 calories) tossed w/vinegar or very low/zero cal dressing.
Assorted veggies (bell pepper, celery, green onions, radishes) and low/zero cal dip/dressing.
2oz chicken breast, a little salsa in romaine leaves.

My favorite DD soup is egg drop, whole can of broth is 20 cals then add 1 large beaten egg for 75 cals.. and 1 Tbsp soy sauce (5 cals) = 100 fills me up and the added protein keeps me from getting too hungry

Miracle noodles stir-fried with sauce made from PB2, soy sauce, lime juice, and garlic/chili sauce w/80 calories of shredded chicken and/or veggies (I like sweet bell peppers.)

2oz smoked salmon with a little cream cheese

Oat fiber muffins with whipped cream.

Chicken broth w/soy sauce, shrimp, and canned chop suey veggies.
