It's Thursday, what are you eating today?
UD
B: Coffee; had 3 pieces of bacon morning snack since my calories will be low otherwise: the hungry girl loaded egg rolls - 2 of them made with boneless, skinless chicken thigh instead of pork and shrimp D: chicken thighs w/pesto and cream, not sure what else, I may have it over a little couscous or brown rice S: shrimp stir fried with peppers, spinach and onions. I just got my netrition order with orange torani syrup, may see about a sweet and hot dish with it |

DD (almost a relief, after yesterday - I need to plan my UD's better)
B: coffee and awesome peach tea L: either nothing or Almond Milk Latte D: Sweet Potato Soup and maybe Carbmaster Yogurt That puts me at ~260, so there's plenty of wiggle room. I don't necessarily want the Sweet Potato soup, even though it tastes good, but I don't want it to go to waste, so I will use it first if I get **at all** hungry. I am finding that the Almond Milk Latte doesn't make me hungry, but it tastes good and is satisfying. But once I start actually EATing, then I start to get hungry. Still, I don't want to fast entirely, so that's my plan for today, so far. I have found that I really prefer to have M-W-F as DD's and only 2 UD's during the work week. Not sure, though, whether I'm willing to insert an MD in there just yet to maintain that schedule. I may just suck it up and do it as planned for a while longer. |

UD today. You may notice apple pie on that lunch--no it's not paleo. My MIL makes an amazing apple pie. She brought one over last night, on a DD. I WILL break paleo for my MIL's apple pie. LOL. And it is so nice to know I CAN have it because today is an UD (and that made it no problem to pass on last night). I'll just have a sliver, because sugar and flour mess with me if I have too much of it, but I am SO looking forward to it. I might even get crazy and add a small dollop of whipped cream.
b--eggs, sausage, decaf coffee black sn--coc oil bark, probably some cashews somewhere through the day lunch--salad, leftover veggie beef soup, apple pie supper--not sure yet, likely meat, veggies and a sweet potato Might make some paleo banana bread if I need more calories. |

Just checking in here because it's that time of day when I really want to eat. I think it's psychological - I don't feel physically hungry, but my brain is saying, "Eat, eat, eat!!" If I can hold out until 2pm, I think I'll be over the hump and sail into evening so I can enjoy my DD food then.

Been a rough week...my TOM & DD is sick, so we're feeling miserable together.
Not gonna weigh this week. Today's DD was easy - wish they were all this easy! Yesterday was a different story. Was out most of the day and I didn't count anything (smack my hand). Tomorrow, I am going to make a real conscious effort to reign in those calories. Thinking I'll drop 'em down to 1600 and just see what happens.![]() B: coffee & CM (65 cals) L: 2 eggs, sm. tomato, 1T parmesan (222 cals) S: La Mousse au Fromage Blanc sur fruits (61 cals) D: Yogurt & SF Jello (78 cals) Total Calories: 426
