Switching UD and DD

I have a birthday luncheon to go to on Friday and next weekend my husband is taking me out for our 20 year anniversary. Both of those days fall on a DD, so I decided to switch.

Will doing two UDs in a row screw me up? I am trying not to go too far up today but I feel like I am finally getting into the groove!

I would do a Mid day and an UD to get the rotation the way you want.

Mid day is your DD calories + UD calories divided by 2

So, do a DD, then a MD, then an UD
