These recipes are for the HCG diet, but work well for JUDDD DDs. You do not need a Kindle to read the book. You can download a program for the computer, smart phone, etc. from Amazon.

Thanks, I downloaded it to my Kindle, but it's at home, so I'll have to wait to take a look at it.

The free offers are usually for 24 hours only. If I find any more, I'll try to list them earlier in the day.

I glanced through it very briefly last night and didn't see any calorie counts. I've noticed this with the HCG recipe thread too. I know very little about HCG, but I thought they counted calories too. Is it just because everything's measured?

HCG allows 100 grams (3.5 oz) of very lean meat at each meal and a specified list of veggies. HCG is around 500 cal a day and includes 2 fruits and 2 breadsticks, which are not usually included in the meal recipes. So, I usually figure a meal recipe to be around 175 cals. if it doesn't have fruit and 225 if it does have a fruit serving incorporated. Not very scientific, but I figure that's a good enough guestimate for me.
