toooo much. first failed DD in a while. and it wasn't even because i was hungry! i just started snacking with the kids at babysitting and then gave it up. bahh! oh well.

Finished up with a bowl of veggie beef soup and 1/2 a cornbread muffin (which honestly feels like a lead weight in my belly, ugh).

Total for the day, 483.

UD tomorrow! Yay.

WOE: Whatever plan keeps me around 150 lbs!
Dinner ended up being Chicken Makhani, basmati rice, naan, dal, and raita. I still had several hundred calories left over and HAD to have some carrot cake and wine. This WOE is SUCH a struggle!

i had a yummy UD:

corncake pancakes, summer sausage and scrambled eggs
butternut squash ravioli
2 cheeto puffs (yep just two)
a chocolate/peanut butter candy
a delish lobster and shrimp ravioli in a garlic butter sauce.
