Trader Joe's is my UD heaven, lol. For DDs, I'd love to see what people suggest for you. I think I personally probably need to stay away from there on DDs, but if they have awesome low-cal things I'm not aware of, we have one right across the street!

I've never been to one, but I think they carry Miracle noodles. Probably different kinds of broths as well -- broth is really my friend on a DD.

Trader joes Seaweed Crisps! LOVE THEM! Nice snacky type food and only 60 calories for the whole packet! And I think they cost $1 a piece.

they have great prices on the laughing cow light cheeses and their lite string cheese is only 60 cals and 9 g of protein. They have frozen chicken tenders that are great. Their frozen grilled peppers and onions is a staple for me--I add it to stirfrys to soups and to casseroles--all their frozen veg are great. They carry awesome fish, and I use tilapia on DD's frequently. I love their Ak Mak crackers and you get 5 big crackers per serving. OH and their organic chicken broth is only 5 calories a cup and is perfect for DDs! Really, it is the best store for both DDs and UDs.

Chicken sausage
Tzataki (cucumber yogurt dill sauce)
MANY wonderful, very low calorie salad dressing (ranch, cilantro, and pear vinegarette are all great. The low cal ones are stored in the fridge in the store)
Red pepper puree-very low cal and delicious
low cal, all natural, pastured beef franks (Applegate)
great roasted turkey, roasted chicken, and non-fat ham cold cuts
meat balls: quite low cal
frozen veggies: their tiny little frozen green beans from France are yummy. Most of their frozen veggies are raised without chemicals and are of excellent quality
low fat cheeses. Most low fat cheeses taste nasty to me. But their kerrygold low fat cheddar is pastured, incredibly delicious, and low calorie to boot. Amazing stuff.
frozen caramelized onions
balsamic vinegar
lots of great teas
broth

For my UDs, I eat their meats, artichoke dip, guacamole, triple-cream french cheeses, heavy cream, kerrygold butter, nuts, and the DD foods as well.
