UGH, I'm soooo full!

I know this is a problem unique to JUDDD, and it's not a horrible one to have. But I can.not.eat.one.more.bite. LOL

I'm at 1510. I was shooting for 1600. But I can't do it. I'm full as a tick and I just might pop if I try to get there.

Kept it at moderate carbs (64g), and even with higher fat, that's just all I can do.

Maybe I'll just shoot for a 400 cal DD to get the same calorie spread. I'm having blood work done in the am, so I have to fast anyway. Shouldn't be a problem to get to lunch with zero cals.

I hear you. JUDDD can cause such great appetite suppression on DDs and UDs there were times that I just couldn't eat one more thing.

Same problem here. Appetite suppression has already kicked in. I have some full on meals and at diner I can't eat as much as I used to, even though I'm having carbs. And that is a great feeling!

when i'm full on up days, i just stop eating. no sense in trying to force it, esp since there are days when i'm a bit hungrier than usual. it all balances out, imo. but i agree, what a great problem to have!

When I first started there was a thread - do you prefer DD or UD and why? - the answers were hilarious, motivating, and very nontraditional for weight loss. It was nice being prepared for the feeling I have right now - UD, do I have to eat? :hyst:

I'm going to have to look that thread up!
