My 1st DD

Hello,

Just ate my last meal for the day and I am not starving nor was I all day. I thought about food in between time but it's not that I was hungry. Well any way my calories are 468 for the day and after Zumba and a shower will have a cup of green tea while I watch the biggest loser. On to my up day!

I just started JUDDD too and today was my first DD. I survived 3 1/2 hours in a McDonald's for my son's play date so I figure I can handle pretty much anything now. How many DD's do you do a week?

That's like baptism by fire. LOL So I agree with you.. if you can survive that, surviving a low-calorie DD is going to be a cinch!

I always did and pretty much still do a pure alternating cycle. So with weeks being odd-numbered, that gives me 3 Down Days on one week, followed by 4 Down Days the week after. Occasionally I throw in a MD in order to shift my days to assure that I will be on an UD for an upcoming event... well, for all upcoming events.

Hey KJ, coming right behind you, along with TallTori. Today was my first DD. Zumba? OMG! I had my fist day of TOM and got work done at the dentist on my first day. No way can I imagine doing Zumba on the first day of this. I totalled 470 calories, and was pretty obsessed with this website a lot of the day (day off) but wasn't starving hungry.

Tomorrow......

Looks like everyone is surviving the dd's and it really was not hard to exercise at all. Today was an ud and again I am stuffed only getting in 1790 in calories. I have my next dd planed for under 500 and Zumba for later that day so we will see how things turn out. Good luck everyone.

Thanks so much! I'm am positively praying for this to break my 6 month stall. I know I can do this - I'm hoping my body will do this too!
