Amazing what a difference a mere 15 pounds makes!

Fifteen pounds doesn't sound like much, but since I started JUDDD:

My muffin top is gone.
My belly is much smaller.
The tops of my thighs don't rub together anymore (haaaaated that.)
And clothes that had been sadly packed away fit again!

Stick with this!
It is SO worth it!
(AND we get to eat grilled cheese sandwiches!)

I love this! Glad you've seen such great and positive changes already!

And yes, it's awfully nice to have a body that is able to have a normal relationship with carbohydrates once again!

Totally, just think when you go to the store and pick up a ten pound bag of flour
and think that's what you've been carrying around (and can't put down).
For me it's times six.

What a great thread and inspiration to all of us!! Thanks for sharing your joy and pointing out that even though we may "think" the amount of weight we have lost doesn't add up to much or isn't a lot, it really can be!!

Great job! 15 #'s is just wonderful.

I read somewhere that one should go to the grocery store and carry around in your hands the weight one has lost. You could carry like 15 pounds of flour or rice! Do this for one trip around the store without a grocery cart. You will see what that 15 # really is!!!!

I'll post some pictures here by springtime, although I'm not looking forward to seeing the ones of me at 250+ again. *shudder*

Mine are a little bit higher than most because I'm breastfeeding a baby. DDs are about 650, UDs ~1900. I could easily eat less on my DDs but the 650 point is where I notice my little girl start acting like she's not getting enough to eat. And so far when I dip down below 1900 on UDs I don't lose. How strange is that??

I'm constantly looking in the mirror and marveling! I can't believe it's gone! I figured I'd have to get all the way down to goal before this miracle occurred!
