Amazing what a difference a mere 15 pounds makes!

Fifteen pounds doesn't sound like much, but since I started JUDDD:

My muffin top is gone.
My belly is much smaller.
The tops of my thighs don't rub together anymore (haaaaated that.)
And clothes that had been sadly packed away fit again! :jumpjoy:

Stick with this!
It is SO worth it!
(AND we get to eat grilled cheese sandwiches!)

SoHappy 01-17-2012 12:10 PM

 I love this! Glad you've seen such great and positive changes already!

And yes, it's awfully nice to have a body that is able to have a normal relationship with carbohydrates once again!

Oh wow, thanks for posting and CONGRATS! :jumpjoy::jumpjoy::jumpjoy:

I cant wait for my thighs to get the JUDDD memo to stop rubbing together! :hyst:

:goodpost:
Totally, just think when you go to the store and pick up a ten pound bag of flour
and think that's what you've been carrying around (and can't put down).
For me it's times six.

What a great thread and inspiration to all of us!! Thanks for sharing your joy and pointing out that even though we may "think" the amount of weight we have lost doesn't add up to much or isn't a lot, it really can be!! :jumpjoy:

:high5::hugs:

And Jess, you look fantastic! Nice wine accessory, too. :)

Great job! 15 #'s is just wonderful.

I read somewhere that one should go to the grocery store and carry around in your hands the weight one has lost. You could carry like 15 pounds of flour or rice! Do this for one trip around the store without a grocery cart. You will see what that 15 # really is!!!!

Tyl 01-17-2012 04:10 PM

True!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have noticed the inches melting away! 15 pounds is pretty awesome and grilled cheese is right up there with weight loss for me!

2BoysMom 01-17-2012 04:51 PM

I'll post some pictures here by springtime, although I'm not looking forward to seeing the ones of me at 250+ again. *shudder*

Mine are a little bit higher than most because I'm breastfeeding a baby. DDs are about 650, UDs ~1900. I could easily eat less on my DDs but the 650 point is where I notice my little girl start acting like she's not getting enough to eat. And so far when I dip down below 1900 on UDs I don't lose. How strange is that?? :)

mayleesa 01-17-2012 05:34 PM

Thanks for sharing!! Kutgw!

julietcc 01-17-2012 07:28 PM

MintQ8 01-18-2012 12:37 AM

It really does Michelle! Well done!!

NoelleSilvia 01-18-2012 12:49 AM

Amazing!!! KUTGW!

I also was amazed when I lost 10 lbs, what a difference it made. I had no idea that water weight would make me feel/look so much bigger!

gotsomeold 01-18-2012 01:27 AM

Do you fasten your pants / skirt / whatever several times just to see the muffin top NOT appear????

Three cheers for 15 pounds!!

 I'm constantly looking in the mirror and marveling! I can't believe it's gone! I figured I'd have to get all the way down to goal before this miracle occurred!
