I have a craving for......

I watched Pioneer Woman the other day and she made a rustic, flat apple pie. Yum. I can't stop thinking about it and might make it on my UD. I rarely eat apple pie but I'm fixated on this one.

I happen to like cooking shows and don't know why I torture myself watching the Food Network on my DD! But I did give up Cupcake Wars...too much torture for me.

I have a DD and I watched some show and someone was making brownies. I turned it off right away. But I know what I'm going to make in the near future!

Oh, this reminds me of the Pioneer Woman's sandwich that was Marlboro Man's favorite! That recipe looked fabulous!

I should make that for DH before the colder part of winter is over. This was a good reminder.

I watch cooking shows at 1 am most times and let me tell you I usually dream about food because of it!! I would love to know where the recipe for this "flat apple pie" is, if I may?

TIA!!

I haven't made it yet but I'm pretty sure if you google her show it is on there. There are also other "flat apple pie" recipes on the net. Of course, I'm thinking about this pie again and I'm in the middle of a DD. I have a tendency to watch these cooking shows at the peak of my hunger (at night). I've skimped all day on calories to try to save some for when my hunger kicks in big time.

I have to make this soon.
