OMG, enjoying a wonderful plate of fried egg, grits, sausage links, french toast!!! Kind of a very late lunch with my DS at home from school for the holiday

For French toast, I take thick slices of old sourdough bread and dip them in the batter which I make from 1/4 c. pancake mix, milk, egg, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice. Saturate each piece well then fry them in combo of butter and coconut oil (the cheap kind from Walmart). Sprinkle with some powder sugar and serve with warmed syrup.

Berry Fit Cereal (1 cup)
.5 cup almond milk

L - Turkey chili with beans
Fiber one Brownie
Diet Mt Dew

Snack (if needed) - have an 80 calorie light and fit yogurt at the ready

Dinner - Don't know - but will still have about 1000 calories available at the rate I am going, so have lots of options!

You got that right!

Well, by fasting all day until the casual party at the restaurant, I did the best I could. By only having a small slice & 1/2 of another small slice, and 1 cold mug of lite beer, I did pretty well.

I ended up getting a philly cheese steak w/fries and also had a mid afternoon snack of All-bran cake (tastes better than it sounds) and now AM NOT hungry. I have at least 500 cals left. Eep. What weird problems this WOE creates

That's the hard part on some days! When you are stuffed and you are under your UD calories.

7:30 had lots of taco salad with Tostito scoops. Wow, that taco salad was sooo good. I put a lot of things in it - meat & seasonings, refried beans, rice, lettuce, cheese, sour cream, avocado, black olives, salsa, taco sauce, green onion...

I'm getting stuffed at this point.

Oops, my DD ended just over 600. DS was cooking tonight, and made cheesy green beans. I didn't get to take some out for me before the cheese was already melted. So I ate them anyway.

[QUOTE=NoelleSilvia;15331913]Yeah I am usually first one up and on here[[QUOTE]

Me, too. I usually wait until the end of my day to post, though. I have french class this evening, though, and so I am doing it earlier than usual and I have to make up for not posting...

Today (actually yesterday) was an UD and, OMG it was sooo UP!! (TOM hit today and that explains it.) Let me just put it this way, if I were to post everthing, my fingers would hurt from typing so much!! It added up to ALMOST 3000 calories! Aaaack! Gonna have a good DD...
