It's Sunday! what are you eating today?

UD but I haven't got an idea what yet.
Maybe steak and eggs and spinach, or some combo of that. A latte with half and half later.

Yesterday I managed to fast until about 6pm when I got shaky so I had a romaine and cucumber salad with tuna, so not a bad DD

UD.

I don't know how I'm going to get through. I had 1,5 oven buns with an omelet and sandwich meat this morning and it's 1pm now. Not hungry whatsoever. I still have many, many calories to go! Having a cheesy casserole tonight and maybe some chocolate later on.

Yes, we're lucky that there's some nice, low calorie, ready meals available here in the UK. The downside here is that there is a lot less of the products like fat-free sour cream etc that I see mentioned here

Thanks for the tip. They even have it and beignet mix and all kinds of cajun stuff on its own display for mardi gras, so it was super easy to find.

Kate, that dim sum mix looks sooooo good! I'd happily trade all the nasty fat-free sour cream in our local store for those!

DD for me.

I had a much-over UD yesterday so I need to be good today.

Coffee w/half and half
Smoked salmon with a little cream cheese
Shirataki noodles with spicy peanut sauce and chicken
Broth and diet Swiss Miss if needed

DD yesterday:
Lunch - 60 g sliced salami (200 cals)
Dinner - 4 oz sole on shredded cabbage w/Trader Joe's avocado salsa verde

Dinner was great last night, and I was able to give the same thing to the kids with a tortilla, so they had fish tacos. The Trader Joe's avocado salsa was really good and only 15 cals for 2 tablespoons. DH and I love fish and love using it for our down days. I think we'll make ceviche for Monday night.

Today is an up day. I had:
B: potato, egg & cheese burrito w/ chile arbol salsa.
L: somthing really light?
D: smoked chicken, sauteed greens, baked yams
S: maybe a s'more - might sit outside and have a fire tonight

DD today. For dinner last night (UD) we went to Dinosaur BBQ for dinner before the hockey game...I had an awesome smothered BBQ brisket sandwich with some mashed taters and mac salad. As I was entering my dinner into my phone, DH was like, "don't bother." But my numbers still worked out perfect for the day and today my weight is down AND I'm feeling satisfied still this morning. Just having my cuppa now.

B: coffee w/light cream
L: ?? Probably nothing
D: ?? Either bacon/cabbage/LC stir fry or a veggie soufflé...depending on hunger and mood

Will be drinking water and diet soda throughout the day.

12:30 having first food in 15.5 hours. Leftover "fried rice" (without rice - it's my version of the cabbage/LC recipe) from Friday's DD. Then I'll probably have an apple or grapefruit.
