I had the rest of the cabbage/protein dish, an apple and a grapefruit. I'm stuffed, although when I saw the slices of banana bread on the counter, it called to me. *rolls eyes* But I didn't have it. Estimate 250 calories so far.

Good thing I don't eat fast food or I would be on my way to town. That sounds delicious espcially since I am on a DD today.

Just having my cuppa now.

B: coffee w/light cream
L: ?? Probably nothing
D: ?? Either bacon/cabbage/LC stir fry or a veggie soufflé...depending on hunger and mood

Will be drinking water and diet soda throughout the day.
Dinner plans have changed. We are making homemade pizza. Mmmmmm...this is why I started saving most of my DD calories for dinner.

576 for the day.

I just made a mock version of a salted caramel hot cocoa: 1 cup pure almond unsweetened(35 cals), 3T torani salted caramel s/f syrup - heat until simmering then stir in 1T hersheys special dark cocoa powder(10cals). Very good!

Oh my, when ovulation time comes, I transform into a ravenous beast.

I did fine during the DD portion of my day. Had around 475 calories altogether. Then around 6:00 I started FD and tore through food like I was never going to eat again.

-2 slices banana bread
-1 fun-size Almond Joy bar
-Ham & pepperjack cheese on lite bread with mayo, evoo, lite salad dressing, mustard, lettuce, tomato
-salt & vinegar potato chips
-apple
-salsa with full fat sour cream and cheddar cheese, scooped up with tortilla chips

Whew, I think that's all. But I'm still not sure I'm doing eating for the night. Funny thing is, any other time, I would have been stuffed by the sandwich and chips OR just the salsa and chips and probably almost unable to finish it all. Instead, it's like I'm a bottomless pit at the moment.

Hormones. Grrr. Aarrgh.

UD for me (was going to be a MD but decided to take out the little one for ice cream - a bonding thing).

B: Fried egg sandwich on flax bread with mayo, coffee with HWC
L: McDonald's w/my little one. I had to try the new McBites...not bad. Light lemonade, oh and a cookie...hehe. My treat for the day.
D: Don't know yet. :-) Pizza sounds good though w/a salad... Oh yes, its an anything goes day today!!!

Tomorrow is a holiday here so I hope I can make it through the DD without too much trouble. I like my DD's to be LC as it helps my appetite/hunger. I usually don't eat much until lunch and have coffee w/cream until then and then switch to iced tea. I plan to have a big salad w/chicken. I found that if I wait to eat until dinner I tend to overdo my cals for a DD so I will probably make some sort of fish and veggies for dinner.

WOE: Primal as of Aug 2011/JUDDD (started 1/13/12)
Start Date: Aug 2011/I've been maintaining since April 2012
UD today:

b--3 eggs, 1 sausage patty, black decaf coffee
snack- 1oz cashews
lunch--salad with broccoli/cauliflower and ranch dressing; hamburber patty with cheese, 6 french fries, ice tea
dessert--decaf with hazelnut creamer; 1/2 brownie
snack--coconut oil bark
dinner--beef smoked sausage with peppers; 2 slices apple; ice tea
bedtime snack--hard boiled egg

Total--1640 (I can't believe how hard it is to eat 1600 calories!!!!) (71 carb grams)

DD tomorrow, and I sent my ds to the store to get me cabbage and canned chicken. No laughing cow around here that I can find, but I'm not really supposed to have cheese anyway, and especially not 2 days in a row. I think I'll just use broth, maybe a splash of soy sauce, and stir in an egg white.
