I will try upping the DDs..
Depressed-weighed myself after DD, and gained a pound from Sunday, and the same as I was on Thursday, the day before I started....
I won't give up yet, though....

I allow 500 for my DDs, but have never gotten that high, usually it is in the 3 or 400s. It is mind games maybe, but having a cushion really does seem to help.

I had higher calories my last up day and I'm disappointed in my weigh in today too. I'm not sure I agree with forcing those higher UDs (even with low carb foods) but I'm not going to give up just yet either and give it a try the rest of the week to see what happens.

Honestly, I allow 600 for my DD's and am perfectly happy with my losses. Don't always have that many, but that is what I know I can go up to, and it makes it much easier. Don't really think I could regularly stay under 400 without getting really beastly.
