I really am enjoying JUDDD so far! I haven't weighed since I started, so not sure how the scale is reacting, but I FEEL thinner! I will weigh after two weeks and will share the progress!

UD:
Breakfast:
Had an unscheduled waffle, along with lots of butter & bacon fat & bacon.
Surprisingly, in spite of the bad bad carbs*, I wasn't hungry for at least 6, maybe 7, hours.

Also surprisingly, there were only 36 carbs in my waffle, not the 200 I would have assumed!

Dinner:
OMG I'm in love with bone marrow!!!!!
I was nervous that I wouldn't like it, that it would have some strange strong flavor like liver...but it is awesome!!!!
I bought some beef shank bones last week and tonight I improvised a stovetop recipe, since I don't have an oven.
Am eating it with a little crusty/chewy bread; creamed asparagus on the side.

WOE: JUDDD!!!
After toast, grits, and eggs for brunch I was so full until we had a late supper... meatloaf, broccoli, salad, sliced tomatoes, and black olives. I'm full. I simply can't eat as much as I used to be able to do. I'm *full* on so much less food than in my previous years, previous diet plans. Despite eating more carbs and more *grain & sugar* carbs, my appetite is not stimulated UP, but instead is regulated DOWN. Didn't start off that way, but that's the effect of being on JUDDD for awhile. Thank you.

So-o-o-o looking forward to my DD tomorrow!

WOE: Whatever plan keeps me around 150 lbs!
UD ended up with:

B: Bagel thin, FF cream cheese, raspberry preserves, coffee
L: Jammin' Jalapeno wings, buffalo chips w/cheese, celery, carrots, Newcastle
D: Taco truck tacos, wine, wine, wine

Skating burned 498 calories, which I did NOT eat back, and I hit (for the first time ever!) my EXACT UD calories. Not quite sure how that happened, but if every UD day could be like today, I'll take it!

WOE: WL=LC then JUDDD/IF; Maintenance=IF/75%+ "healthy"
Start Date: LC 6/11; JUDDD 10/11; Maintenance 11/11
Ate at Bob Evans with family at 4 p.m. Was nervous about it since I've been having the gallbladder symptoms, particularly after a heavy or fatty meal, and I had no apples or anything with me (they seem to help my gb). But since I'd had breakfast at 10 a.m. with no pain, I ordered...

I had 1/2 of a huge cheeseburger with mayo, all of my french fries slathered in ketchup, and zucchini bread.

I waited for the inevitable pain, hoping, hoping.... three hours passed and no ache or nausea!

Then went to family's and later had over the course of the evening - 3 plates of food - ham, mashed potatoes & gravy, homemade noodles, green beans, corn, mac & cheese, and some cake & ice cream.

I DID eat an apple after the 2nd or 3rd serving, just in case. But no problems!

I still feel a bit of pressure or sensation in that area that lets me know there hasn't been a total cure yet, and I will still go get it checked out this coming week. But today was the first time since New Year's Day (14 days now) I haven't had constant ache or nausea and flu-symptoms after eating.
