PMS monster

Ok so someone tell me how to tame the PMS monster? Today is a DD and I am a week away from TOM. Today I seem to be realllyyy hungry, I ate to my calorie limit yesterday so Im not sure why other than PMS. I have had 239 calories today so far, in the form of a salad, some hot tea, and some pita crisps.

Ok so I managed to avert disaster... had a bag of shirataki noodles in the fridge for 40 calories and mixed it with a tomato basil mozzarella wedge of laughing cow cheese. Was yummy and filling!!

I know broth with a little vinegar and tabasco (maybe the potassium and sodium combo?) usually helps me a lot with the hunger and cravings.

I get real hungry about mid-cycle, ovulation, and those DD were toughies! So I can sympathize. Glad you found something filling!

Eat this. Right Now. 1 full cup of hot chicken broth. 1 full cup of hot plain tea. The white of 1 hard boiled egg.

That always did the trick for me. Made me feel full, and on very few calories it got me beyond the moment I was tempted to cave.

I was always so grateful when I stood strong, and it sure did help move the weight loss along too! Good luck!

I'm not a big popcorn eater, but DH is, so we got some of the 100 calorie popcorn packs. It makes a pretty good size bag of popcorn, and neither of us can tell any difference.

Dh just went and bought me some and some cheddar popcorn salt for 2 calories a 1\4 tsp. Should help tonight and I saved enough calories for a glass of wine.. dinner was a small sirloin pork chop and some cauliflower with zero calorie spray butter and lemon juice. I feel better now that I have eaten something substantial!

After coming off of eating low-carb for 7 years and barely ever eating popcorn it is one of the best things in the world! Lol. I beg to get some of that popcorn salt. It doesn't have a lot of butter or salty taste but it's just enough salty and crunch to really be good during tom, or any DD! Im loving it!
