I'm making bread today and then I'm going to make a yummy, delish, mouth-watering grilled cheese and ham sandwich. OMG, I can't wait!!

Isn't this a hoot?!!!

Pretty fun to actually be learning and following a way of eating for weight management that actually lets you enjoy some pretty fun foods and enjoy the discussion of foods too as you go along!

While we don't lose sight of the core focus of losing weight, managing maintenance, and gaining improved health, one of the BIG things is having this forum be a FUN place to be, and with all the joyful and supportive folks here, the next big fun thing to talk about is our fun food choices! Woo Hoo!

Itsme the mayo adds another dimension of flavor-a bit of tanginess, and if one cares, less cals.

I think I'm going to be boring and repeat my sandwich from a few days ago, with the gruyere and cherry preserves. If I had bacon... mmmmmm... I do wanna try the mayo, too, and I wouldn't be adverse to saving a few calories. This sandwich is not a low cal sandwich. It's between 6 and 700 calories. The bread was supposed to be 120 cals per slice, but it weighed 1/3 more than it was supposed to! So bread alone was 300 cals. Gah! SOOOOO worth it though.
