WOE: JUDDD for life, baby!!
Start Date: Feb 2009; RESTART: Nov. 2011 as EX-LCer
If this helps anyone new...

I'm only posting these stats to help illustrate to some new JUDDD BUDDDs what an amazing WOE this is. These weights are taken in the morning of the day--so if it says UD--the weight is what I weighed in the morning of the UD.
My purpose is to show that since Jan 4, I have not been keeping track of my UD cals (except on the 10th) just because of "situations" that arose. And my DDs, which are supposed to be 500, weren't that great either.

But LOOK! I have just fluctuated back and forth and NOT GAINED.
This is the magic of JUDDD that so many of us are trying to convey to anyone contemplating/worrying about trying this WOE. Once you "get in the groove," the magic remains w/you even when you "screw up!" And what better way to maintain when we are done losing??

4-Jan UD ???? -146.4
5-Jan DD 450 -145.1
6-Jan UD (daughter's coming home party) -144.7
7-Jan DD 657 -147.2
8-Jan UD (fam reunion) -144.5
9-Jan DD 568 -146.8
10-Jan UD 1828 -144.7 (plus wine I didn't count)
11-Jan DD 540 -146.2
12-Jan UD ??? -144.9

Well, I have 20 more lbs to go--so, I have to crack down and count those UD cals so I stay at 1700.
GOOD LUCK EVERYONE

and SO glad you did this, JUDDD BUDDD! It's an excellent way to show how the scale bounces up and down and how we STILL lose weight with those bounces!!

Wow great results! I am a daily weigher but doing JUDDD it just might help me to not get so obsessed with the scale. Maybe I'll only weigh after a DD or every week thanks for posting this for us newbies!

Awesome!

I've said for years and years -- what we have to do to MAINTAIN is FAR more important than what we have to do to lose because even those of us who started at 250+ pounds will eventually get to goal and we'll be in maintenance mode FAR longer than we were in weight-loss mode.

Stats: 146/120/120 (maintain 118-120max) 5'3.5"
WOE: Atkins/HCG one round to goal/JUDDD to maintain
You numbers look great and that is one of the reason's I have picked JUDDD as a way to maintain my weight. I can still go out with friends, go to parties or have what I am craving on a UD/FD and really enjoy what I want to eat/drink AND still maintain

Here is my results since starting JUDDD. I do only Free Days (FD) with no calorie counting and stick to about 600 calories on DD's

My goal for January is to maintain between 118-120 (testing out if my 3lb window is doable or if I need to up my 120 alittle higher. I do not want to go below 118)

121.4 -1/1 Sun - FD
122 - 1/2 Mon - MD
123 - 1/3 Tue - DD
121 - 1/4 Wed - FD
121 - 1/5 Thur - DD
120 - 1/6 Fri - FD
121.2 - 1/7 Sat - DD
119.4 - 1/8 Sun - MD
120 - 1/9 Mon - FD
121.4 - 1/10 Tue - DD
120 - 1/11 Wed - FD
121 - 1/12 Thur - DD

So far, those scale readings are really looking like your strong DDs are giving you freedom the rest of the time. Good for you. Enjoy life!

WOE: LC..My "Don't Have To Think Because It's Simple"!
Here is how the scale bounces for the Beeb. I think this is a wonderful thread and so informative in letting the Newbies (and others) see what maintenance weight is all about.

I don't record everyday but here is what I remember from the last week. I weigh in the morning so when you see DD or UD the weight is from the precious DD or UD I had. Hope it helps some:

Jan 1....DD 136 (after my NYE FD)
Jan 2....UD 133.2
Jan 3....DD 135.6
Jan 4....UD 133.6
Jan 5....DD 135.4
Jan 6....UD 134
Jan 7....DD 135.4
Jan 8....UD 133.6

The scale bounces up 1 to 1.5 pounds on average every other day for me. I know this. I am use to this. I don't sweat this because it's the way Beeb's weight bounces on UDs and DDs!
