Share with me your JUDD success?

Hi, I'm reading up about JUDD.
Please share with me how much you've lost and how long it's taken. This seems like a really interesting approach that could be easy to maintain long term.

WOE: LC JUDDD
Hi Lori37 and

I'm just a beginner, but on Day 12, I'm down 9.5 lbs.
People with more experience will probably be along to share their successes,
but I'm happy with what I've experienced in less than two weeks.

Good luck!

WOE: No Diet = No Stress! Just eating healthy!
It's the BEST WOE I have ever done and I've done quite a few! Here is a thread that tells my story: My Journey Through WW, South Beach, LC, VLC, and JUDDD (long story)

I lost 16 pounds with the JUDDD WOE. It took me a little less than 2.5 months to do. I lost 14 pounds doing LC. It took me 18 months to do. Guess which one is a winner to me?!

There is NO other WOE for me now. I still do a bit of LC, moderate on DDs between 70/80g but LC is not the make-up of my JUDDD WOE and YES this is now a WOE, not a diet. LC was a diet in the fact I KNEW I was never going to be able to eat that way for life after doing it, falling off the wagon, doing it again, falling off, over and over for years.

The JUDDD WOE wagon is one I'll NEVER fall off because I can have anything I want, DD OR UD and the weight melted off and is staying off with almost no effort on my part besides just keeping my calories under 750 calories a day on my DDs, every other day. That's it! NO forbidden foods, no stress about not being able to eat what everyone else is eating at the dinner table/restaurant table. And AGAIN eating all the things that were NOT allowed on LC!

I JUDDD!!

Hi Lori & to JUDDD!

I came to JUDDD from LC when it was taking me 3 or 4 weeks just to lose another pound, and the weight started to fly off me with JUDDD! I would have reached my goal within 2 weeks of starting but I began to go crazy on my UD calories. So when I got that figured out, it just took me another 1-1/2 week to reach goal!

I've been maintaining since mid-Nov, and yet I started to lose even more weight I hadn't planned on losing around Christmas. I now maintain below 143#.

Hope you are going to give JUDDD a good try and see what it can do for you.

I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!
